This Privacy Policy explains how the LoanWise mobile application (“LoanWise”, “we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the service. LoanWise is designed for personal loan tracking, payment schedule calculations, and payoff planning. The app is not a bank or lender, does not originate loans, and does not process repayments to your creditors.

By using LoanWise, you agree to this policy. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data. You can delete your account and associated server data in the app settings. Canceling a Premium subscription is done in Apple/Google account settings and does not always delete your LoanWise account automatically. LoanWise is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Servers may be located outside your country. By using the service, you acknowledge that cross-border processing may occur where permitted and with appropriate safeguards where required by law.
